The current way of working between the Client and Lexius Search as preferred supplier is often triggered by e-mail or or phone call from the Management or HR department of the Client with a description of the open positions, key requirements and a salary indication. Another starting point could be a candidate that we believe could be a good match for the Client. In that case we make an exploratory phone call and send the cv to the client. We make a cv selection, interview candidates shortlist candidates and then present them to the Client. We play a key role in "closing the deal" and helping both the Client and the candidate with negotiations when it comes to accepting an offer by the candidate. We are involved in the whole hiring process from start to finish. The global market is subject to increasing juridization. Therefore, the demand for good attorneys, staff lawyers, (candidate) notaries, tax consultants and accountants is increasing.
